She has worked at Jacksonville Sleep Center since 2012 and enjoys going above and beyond to help patients with their healthcare needs, doing whatever possible to help make their experience as smooth and easy as can be. She believes in building long lasting and trusting relationships with patients and customers by taking time to listen and understand their particular needs and feels these relationships greatly facilitate their health. When not working Ericka enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies.
A native of Jacksonville, Julie has worked for Baptist Heart Specialists since 2004 and has managed the Jacksonville Sleep Center and Cardiology offices since 2008. She is currently enrolled at Columbia Southern College and is on track to graduate in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Health Administration. Julie enjoys working in sleep medicine and cardiology because of how much the two correlate. She says, “This allows our physicians to provide continuity of care to our patients and address their health concerns as a whole.” When not working or studying, Julie loves everything outdoors, and getting together with family and friends. She says, “One of our favorite things to do is go day tripping in our jeep; we put the top down, then flip a coin – heads we go north, tails we go south.”
Lisa completed both her undergraduate training in nursing and her Master’s Degree at the University of Florida. Lisa has nursing experience in various settings including critical care, hemodialysis, pain management, cardiology, and sleep medicine. She draws from her personal and professional experiences to formulate realistic plans with attainable goals for her patients. She enjoys seeing them reap the benefits of achieving improved quality of sleep. Lisa enjoys traveling, exercising, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and her husband and their five children.
I’ve been a medical assistant since 2015 and I enjoy working at Jacksonville Sleep Center. When not at work I love spending time with my fur babies, friends and family. I also love outdoor activities!
Megan’s main focus is taking care of patients and setting them up for success with their treatment plan. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her golden retriever. She also enjoys cooking and being creative in the kitchen.
Allison has been in the healthcare industry since 2015. She is a source of knowledge relating to insurance governing rules and regulations. Allison collaborates with multiple teams to aid the process of implementing solutions created by our providers to improve the overall well-being of our patients. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Florida and is a Jacksonville native. Outside of work, Allison enjoys travel, art, and spending time with her pets.
Nilet is the Home Sleep Study Coordinator at the Jacksonville Sleep Center. She says, “It’s really wonderful to be part of such a wonderful team of people who really care about their patients!” Nilet says being a mom of three not only keeps her active, it is also what motivates her to always do her best in everything she does. Nilet is currently working on her Bachelors in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology. She hopes to join the police academy in the near future aiming to become a homicide detective one day.
Hannah joined the sleep center team in 2020. Her main goals as office specialist are customer service and taking care of patients. She was born and raised in Jacksonville and loves being a mom to her son.
Roneshia is a certified medical assistant, certified nursing assistant, and also has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from FSCJ. She has been working in the medical field since the age of 17.”I have always had a passion to work in the healthcare field and make a difference in my patients’ lives. I strive to be the best I can be. I love standing out in the crowd. My hard work and dedication will take me far”
A proud U.S. military veteran, Jackie was an Operation Specialist in the Navy before she decided to become a family nurse practitioner. She is AANP board certified. Jackie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2013 and her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2019. Jackie Joined the Jacksonville Sleep Center in 2020. She is a proponent of patient education and enjoys teaching patients ways to improve their sleep health. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves a good diy project.
Katie received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of North Florida. She is board certified through the ANCC. She is a Jacksonville native and has worked for Baptist since 2010 with a background in Critical Care.
